The astute college has been serving as a tuition centre for the last 7 years and is classified as one of the leading Tuition and Sixth Form academies. Our academic results, teaching, caring and supportive ethos have resulted in an enviable reputation. The senior members of staff are highly qualified with excellent teaching experience and qualified Teacher Status. All of our tutors are professional, dedicated and systematic in their teaching. They are fully trained within their subject specialisms and are provided with all the latest targeted materials needed to guide your child through the different courses. Our tutors pride themselves on being supportive, friendly and approachable, which is reflected in the outstanding feedback they receive from their students.

All of our tutors are DBS checked and enriched with safeguarding and other academic policies. Our staff are truly passionate about Mathematics, English and Science, which ensure that our students receive the highest standard of tuition and depth and breadth required for success in their examinations.
Groups
We believe that every individual needs undivided attention, that’s why we limit our classes to a maximum of 5 students coupled with the benefits of individual tutoring and a collaborative learning environment. We pride ourselves on offering a unique environment that is quite different to that of many other tuition centres. Our approach to teaching and learning is refreshingly interactive and informal. The support provided by both subject tutors and other academic staff is thoughtful and creative. We take the time to get to know each student on an individual basis, taking into account their personal goals and targets, so that we can best help to meet them.
Courses
The Astute College ensures that all our course contents are designed according to the National Curriculum and reflects all the major examination boards. We focus on student’s conceptual understanding and preparation for their exams by providing them with effective techniques and strategies. Out tutors regularly hold mock examinations and tests to make sure that all of our students are ready and confident to sit any exam. We are an approved Edexcel Examination centre.
